When he’s not busy running a label or crafting tracks for his artists, Cherrytree Records founder Martin Kierszenbaum (perhaps best known as “Cherry Cherry Boom Boooooom!” on, like, every Fame-era Gaga track), enjoys crafting a good tune or two of his own.
The acclaimed songwriter/producer/record executive–whose songwriting credits span across acts like Lady Gaga, Frankmusik and Natalia Kills, among others–is about to release a cover of the Magnetic Fields track: “Come Back from San Francisco.”
After Michael Woods premiered his remix of the track at this year’s Electric Daisy Carnival and ArjanWrites premiered the the Sven Kirchof mix, MuuMuse is proud to bring you the Ron Reeser club mix of the track.
Check out the storming mix of Mr. Cherry Cherry Boom Boom’s thumping electro-pop track below, which layers the Cherrytree leader’s vocals atop some pumping EDM-splosions and sounds a bit like if Eiffel 65 came back (oh, how I wish they would) with a sizzling dance floor scorcher a la Rihanna‘s “Who’s That Chick?” It’s hot!
“Come Back from San Francisco” will be released on July 10. (iTunes)
