“Here we are and we’re paper dolls / And we’re side by side / Here we are on the magic ride / Just for you and I.” – Kylie Minogue
Here at MuuMuse, stanning for pop divas is a 24/7 duty — not a casual hobby. But sometimes, we want more than just a computer screen to remind ourselves of Godney‘s almighty “Scream & Shout” remix slayage or Madonna‘s iconic “Vogue” performance during the MDNA Tour. Or, perhaps you just feel better going to bed at night knowing that Legendtina is sitting right on top of your headstand encouraging you to buy Lotus on iTunes.
We simply need these pop stars in physical form.
Now, there’s a paper-based solution — and it’s free: Rabisco Pop, an absolutely amazing Brazilian (obviously) illustration site with an entire section devoted to cut-out creations of all our favorite pop princesses. It’s got all our faves, and it’s updated constantly — from Lady Gaga as Mother GooseGa, to Smurfney, to our favorite twerker Miley Cyrus, to Selegendary Gomezmerizing in her sultry red number from “Come & Get It.”
They’re all absolutely adorable, and they’re pretty easy to put together. You just print out the sheet, cut and fold. Like my re-imagining of the Britney, Madonna, Christina 2003 MTV VMA performance above?
Go on and take a look and show me if you make something — I love ’em.
