Rihanna Earns Her Eleventh #1 with “We Found Love,” Plus A Helpful Chart for Understanding That Rihanna Reign

In case you haven’t heard, Illuminati Bajan Princess Navy Commander Rihanna just notched her ELEVENTH #1 single with “We Found Love (feat. Calvin Harris)” this week on the Billboard Hot 100.

And just as Rihanna does each time she releases a new single, she’s breaking dishes records up in here all night (uh huh). She ain’t gon’ stop until she sees police lights!

From Billboard:

Rihanna is just the seventh artist in the Hot 100’s 53-year history to tally at least 11 leaders, joining the Beatles (20), Mariah Carey (18), Michael Jackson (13), Madonna (12), the Supremes (12) and Whitney Houston (11). She passes Janet Jackson and Stevie Wonder, each with 10 No. 1s.

Among women, Rihanna, thus, moves into a third-place tie with Houston for most toppers, after only Carey and Madonna.

Mariah Carey. Madonna. Whitney Houston. Rihanna. Legend status, and the bitch ain’t even 25 years old yet.

But as I’ve said before, all this chart and number talk can be pretty confusing, so I’ve created a chart that can be used to better understand the length of time required for that Rihanna reign to finally let up.

WE’RE BAD. YOU MAD?

“We Found Love (feat. Calvin Harris)” was released on September 22. (iTunes)
