I’ll go to great lengths — travel across foreign lands and navigate treacherous seas — to watch Queen JoJo performing live. This weekend was no exception.
While performing at Perez Hilton’s Madonna-themed 36th birthday bash on Saturday night (look, I said I’d go to great lengths for Queen Jo — and no, I did not get a chance to ask him if he’d seen the “G.U.Y.” video), the über-talented diva belted out the classics: “Leave (Get Out),” “Too Little Too Late” and her glorious #LoveJo Valentine’s Day mixtape cover of Phil Collins‘ “Take Me Home.”
And, as a special treat to honor the night’s theme, JoJo decided to pay tribute to the Queen Of Pop/Bathroom Instagram Enthusiast with a selection from M’s back catalog: “Borderline.”
Watch her belt out the smash (which turns 30 years old this year!) above, working it out in a JOYRICH tee and a fabulous flowing train like no one’s business. The vocals? Nuts. The talent? Unreal. She turned it out, as always.
Prepare for the comeback. Keep pushing my #LoveJo!
