From working as a Visual Effects artist for the CW’s 90210 and Disney’s Sonny With A Chance, to playing violin in the Vienna University Orchestra, to starring in the upcoming cave-dwelling horror flick Into The Darkness, Austrian-born singer, actress and model Dalal has had the opportunity to get a taste for dozens of different opportunities within the entertainment industry.
With the release of her debut single “Taste The Night” on February 22, the multifaceted artist will sink her teeth into another title on her ever-growing CV: “Pop Star.”
“Taste The Night” forgoes the modern electro-pop grit of today’s club sound, instead playing like an ode to the good ol’ days of mid-’90’s Eurodance club cuts a la Amber and La Bouche. “Let the darkness fall and the lights go out / I can feel you here, taste the night,” the singer cries out over the dark, throbbing trance beats.
Call it a hearty helping of nostalgia or simply a guilty pleasure, but “Taste The Night” has all the right ingredients to make for a delicious dance floor treat.
A video for the song will be released toward the end of March.
