Red Blooded Women: Can U See?

Too far gone, it’s been too long…I’ve not yet posted about Red Blooded Women! After receiving their debut single “You Made Your Bed” in the post, I was determined to do a write-up about the properly excellent first effort and its somewhat superior B-side, “4 2Nite.” Instead, I forgot.

My second chance has just arrived after perusing their MySpace: The threesome have posted a new track on their page called “Can U See,” a ’90’s-tinged moment of piano and brooding, modern electro stomp. The band refers to the track as one of their slower works, which is somewhat silly, yet also entirely thrilling if accurate. Further down the music player is a wonderful mash-up with House king Eric Prydz‘s “Pjanoo” and Red Blooded Women’s “Colour Me Dirty.” The result is a wonderful burst of bright color and energy, a wonderful upgrade to either original track.

Check out Red Blooded Women at their MySpace here!
