It’s official!
As I posted from an anonymous tip last week, the video for Britney‘s “Hold It Against Me” will be directed by Jonas Ã…kerlund.

On a side note, for those also tracking the ties between Britney’s upcoming studio album and Madonna‘s Ray Of Light, this is yet another curious connection: Akerlund is the same director responsible for the “Ray Of Light” video. Hmm!
So, there you go: I’ve now Excluusively broken the news about the “Hold It Against Me” release date on December 2, the name of the song on December 7, and the video director last Friday. I’M JUST SAYING.
Oh, and yes–you can trust that I stand behind whatever news I’ve counted as an Excluusive (like, say, posts involving certain award shows).
