[dropcap size=small]L[/dropcap]ast week, Kelly Brianne Clarkson Blackstock — the artist formerly known as Kelly Clarkson (CONGRATULATIONS KELLY, YOU LOOKED SO GOOD AT YOUR WEDDING YESTERDAY OMG, YASSSS) — dropped “Underneath The Tree,” the most festive, undeniably amazing Christmas anthem since Mariah Carey‘s almighty “All I Want For Christmas Is You.”

And now, there’s this: Snippets from every song on Mrs. Blackstock’s upcoming Christmas album, Wrapped In Red — or should I say Wrapped In Dead, because that is what I am right now upon listening to the full album.

Not only does the collection include brand new jams like “Wrapped In Red” and “Every Christmas,” as well as classic standards like “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas” and “Baby, It’s Cold Outside,” but it even includes a cover of Imogen Heap‘s “Just For Now” — an album track off of one of the greatest albums of the past decade, 2005’s Speak For Yourself. Excuse me, what? Kelly covering Immi? What kind of Inception dream-hacking is this? It’s some kind of miracle, no doubt.

Listen to all the snippets above, grab some eggnog and prepare to have the greatest, most Kellegendest Christmas in years.

Wrapped In Red will be released on October 25. (iTunes)
