Queen Of Pop-turned-housemaid Madonna “M-Dolla” Ciccone has been flaunting her newfound obsession with glamorous house-cleaning — specifically, in the bathroom — over the past few weeks on Instagram. (Or maybe she’s just as enamored with Ciara‘s acoustic potty-side “Body Party” performance as we all are.)
Nevertheless, she hasn’t forgotten about the whole pop star thing she’s been doing for the past 30 years or so.
In the past few days, she managed to find the exit out of the shower by following the sound of the chants from a nearby Kabbalah Center to head into the studio with Swedish EDM superstar, Avicii. (You know him, love him and/or hate him for “Wake Me Up,” among others.)
Late last night, the “I’m Going Bananas” legend dropped two Instagram photos alongside Avicii: “The End of a long week with Viking Leader AKA DJ Virgo AKA Avicii! So many great songs! #icantwait #revolution,” she wrote on one, promoting her #secretprojectrevolution of tolerance while undoubtedly offending someone of Nordic heritage.
“My Viking Harem! Great Music Great Vibes! We were grinding on that. Wood! #rebelheart,” she wrote on another, providing a REFERENCE to Yoncé‘s bathtub banga, “Drunk In Love.” (Seriously, if it’s bathing-related, Madonna is all in.)
There’s still no word on whether the Avicii collaboration has to do with her upcoming 2014 studio album, or simply a re-release (rii-riilease) of Avicii’s True, but it’s safe to say that the MDNA Alert is at a mild “Orange” level at the moment — not a LMFAO Red, not yet a Mirwais Yellow. (That being said, she is holding a guitar.)
